Co-Founder, Director
Radek, an expert in real world data assets and generation and real world evidence, has provided research services to life sciences for more than two decades. His research spans real world data assessment, outcome measurement and their real-world data applications. He held research and executive roles at top consulting and clinical-research organizations, driving innovation and team growth.
Co-Founder, Senior Scientific Advisor
Miguel, a Professor of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, specializes in causal inference for health research. His work advances methods to estimate causal effects from real-world data, shaping public health and clinical decision-making. He leads CAUSALab, a Center that develops innovative approaches to improve evidence-based medicine and health policy.
Co-Founder, Director
Mona, a healthcare leader with expertise in portfolio strategy, evidence generation, and outcomes research, held executive roles across life sciences (in biopharma, biotech, and non-for-profit sectors). Her work focuses on improving access and patient outcomes, through early planning and robust analytical approaches. She was involved in building value-based data collection frameworks and launching blockbuster drugs.
Vice President, Science
Xabier, a clinical oncologist and epidemiologist, specializes in causal inference and target trial emulation applied to healthcare databases. His work focuses on evaluating cancer treatments, screening strategies, and drug safety using observational data to inform clinical and regulatory decisions. He publishes regularly in leading medical journals and is an internationally invited speaker at scientific conferences.
Senior Manager, Epidemiology
Ciara, an epidemiologist specialising in real-world data, delivers research to support evidence generation across the drug development lifecycle. Her work spans study design, causal inference methods, outcome measurement, and the application of real-world data to generate decision-ready evidence. She has led and contributed to projects from initial study design and protocol development through to delivery, publication, and regulatory submission.
